The Main Course
Designed by Charles Lawrie (responsible for the Duke and Duchess courses at Woburn G.C.) the course boasts a variety of holes, each with its own challenge. The course opened in 1973 and is set in 120 acres of established parkland. It is ideal for golfers of all ages and abilities, and not long by modern standards, It has small greens making for a good test of accuracy, and some longer par 3s and 4s to challenge long iron and hybrid play. The course is ideal for players looking for great value and an enjoyable golfing experience.
The Academy Course
The 9-hole academy, par 3 course, is perfect for beginners, juniors and families or more experienced golfers looking to improve their short game. Designed with the help of former Ryder Cup star Ken Brown and built with USGA spec greens, the Academy Course presents a complimentary challenge to that of the main course, and also offers footgolf.
